Today we talked a bit about the final project (the handout is at Google Classroom), and then students had their 8th literature circle.

Today we took the school SWPRD survey and then had some work time. Be sure to do the theme paragraph assignment at Google Classroom.

Today we used our time to work on literature circle work.

Today we gave out lots of awards, hard a warm-up and an exit ticket (below), and groups had their 6th literature circle.

Today groups had their second literature circles. Number three is tomorrow.

Literature Circle #1

Today groups worked on LC#1 and started their 2nd reading.

A Day of Rest

We finished the film we began yesterday. Literature Circles begin tomorrow!

The AP Test

There was a test today. Then we had pizza. And there was a movie. It was funny.

The Last Day

Today we spent the period reviewing all the books we read this year and then practicing a few question 3 essays. Good luck tomorrow!

Last Minute Review

After a bit of poetry essay practice, we started reviewing study guides.

Monday and Tuesday

Monday, we wrapped up the multiple choice practice from Friday and then spent the rest of the period talking and writing about Invisible Man.
Tuesday, we used the long period to do some multiple choice prose practice, review some general tips for the AP Exam next week, and take the timed essay on Invisible Man.
